My lawyer quit after 4 months.... is it possible to get another attorney?

4 months ago I was involved in an auto accident where the other party nearly t-boned me. After 4 months, my lawyer quit the case citing that the other party's insurance denied my claim cause their insurer said ****I**** HIT HIM!!!!!! All the pictures show he hit me, it's not even a question! Anyways, the lawyer says he would have to litigate but can't due to a backlog. Sure, whatever. I think he just wanted a quick buck thinking they would just pay up without him working for it. I guess that's what I get for hiring one from the Yellowpages with the largest ad. So can I hire another attorney to pick up where the other bum left off and go forward with the litigation? Or am I out of luck?

I have a project for US history and I have to make a radio commercial recording my voice explaining what the secret ballot is and how it would benefit the citizens and why they should be interested in it. Here's what i wrote: Hello fellow citizens. As our nation grows and our democracy becomes stronger, we have to take steps to make sure our laws are made by the people and for the people. In the past years, we have been voicing our opinions on public elections publicly, letting everyone know what we think and who we like. The problem with this is, many times, people don’t vote honestly, because they are pressured or paid to vote for someone. For this reason the State of Massachusetts is introducing a new voting system called “Secret Ballot”, in which you vote secretly and confidentially, marking or writing your vote on a paper, and then placing the paper in a sealed box, which will later be inspected by an official who will count the number of votes, to ensure a honest, corruption-free election is done, and protecting the standards of our nation which believes in democracy and freedom. Well, when i record my self saying this it sounds boring. I want something better, something that catches ppls attention. kinda like those lawyer and attorney ads you see on TV.... It is only a secret if you do not tell any one. If they are pressured tell them a lie. If you get paid, take the money and run and do and lie on who you voted for. You see the politicians tells us lies to help us to decide to vote for them. Once they get in office they lie again and get paid with our tax money. If you feel bad taking their money, think of it as a tax refund.
