Does anyone out there know of the best divorce lawyer I can find in Arizona?
I've been separated for some time, have two kids and looking for a great divorce lawyer. Not looking to destroy my former spouse, just go through the proper channels and protect my self and little girls. I don't trust internet searches and really don't want to interview numerous attorneys. I'd like someone who comes well referred, does not discriminate towards either gender and will hopefully take monthly payments. Any help will be huge as I have no contacts in this area.
It would be highly stupid to go with a recommendation. I've worked with divorced and single fathers for 21 years and I don't do it without advising you interview six others. An attorney may be good, but you need to mesh with him, otherwise all you will be doing is draining your wallet to get what you want. That's a major mistake made by fathers. They expect the lawyers do it all, rather than working as a team. The difference can mean tens of thousands of dollars in savings. Here's what you need instead of a recommend. It's up to you to get off your butt and use it. The Fraternity: Lawyers and Judges in Collusion
As lawyer and judge for half a century, John Fitzgerald Molloy both profited from our legal system and saw how it has been altered in favor of lawyers, to the detriment of society. He shows that the legal profession has continuously re-shaped the law, in subtle but significant ways, to make legal services ever more necessary—and more lucrative for the Fraternity. The power the Fraternity now exercises, including the power to decide President Bush over Gore, has been accomplished by creating a new religion, that of worshiping the Constitution in ways the founders did not intend—with lawyers and judges the priests of that new religion. Molloy demonstrates terrible deficiencies in our legal system and presents practical solutions.>

Do you know what Arizona's attorney general has said about the new law?
"Mr. Goddard called the law a “tragic mistake” that “does nothing to make us safer.” Mr. Goddard, however, has the obligation to defend it in court as the state’s chief lawyer. He said he would probably recuse himself,"
"Grant Woods, a former Arizona attorney general who opposed the bill, agreed, saying, “People will be profiled because of the color of their skin.”

Muerto: Then you don't like any of the former attorney generals because Goddard, Woods, and Napolitano all think its a bad idea. But I guess you know more about law than them.
It's a shame that the federal government has shirked its responsibilities to defend our border and enforce our immigration laws, isn't it? Now the states have to do it...and they should not have to.
If only Lefties and Lawbreakers hate the Arizona bill, then why does that state's attorney general?
call it "tragic"?

Florida Senate candidate Marco Rubio, a Tea Party favorite:, released a statement, "...I think aspects of the law, especially that dealing with ‘reasonable suspicion,’ are going to put our law enforcement officers in an incredibly difficult position. It could also unreasonably single out people who are here legally, including many American citizens. Throughout American history and throughout this administration we have seen that when government is given an inch it takes a mile."
Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham (S.C.): said Tuesday he thinks Arizona's new immigration law is unconstitutional and that "it doesn't represent the best way forward"
IceT: I'm asking why the state attorney general and other Republicans don't like it. Not talking about libs here. Why doesn't the top prosecutor and some conservatives, and Tea Partiers don't like it? Answer that.

70% of Arizona residents and 63% of Hispanics are for the new law! http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_c… The Arizona law mirrors a federal law and does not allow people to be stopped just to find out their immigration status! You can only be asked about your immigration status if you are stopped for some other reason! Those are the facts! Sorry you Libs can't seem to get it
Isn't attorney general Eric Holder a lawyer. Why can't he read a ten page bill BEFORE he offers his opinion?
He admits he criticized the Arizona law without reading it.
Attorney General, Eric Holder Secretay of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano Assistant Secretary Michael Posner It is absolutely pathetic that our civil leaders would go around spouting off on hot button issues without having a clue what they are talking about. It is a sad sign and says a great deal about the Obama Administration. President Obama made a similar mistake commenting about Professor Gates' little run in with local police, did they learn nothing from his mistake? Any intelligent person would get the facts before making a comment on the national stage.
